  21. Well, there are two things to know, one is what version of the ROM
  22. is on the card, and the other is what rev of the software.  I used 
  23. an ICD successfully for a couple of years (in fact it's still here,
  24. I couldn't get it to work with my GVP combo and it wouldn't work 
  25. in the Slingshot Pro either).
  26. Anyway, I had upgraded the ROM once or twice from ICD.  They also 
  27. sent new software for partitioning & such too.  As I recall the 
  28. later ROM wouldn't allow use of the early software, I think 
  29. there was a change in icddisk.device.

  31. So your bud needs to post whether there is a ROM revision listed on a 
  32. chip on the board, and run a VERSION command on icddisk.device.

  34. BTW, I used it under 2.04 and 2.1 for quite a while as I recall.
